This fireproof ceramic bowl is more stable and less susceptible to changes in temperature than regular stoneware. Terra cotta material is used for its efficient liquid absorbing characteristics, preventing the food from absorbing too much moisture during steaming. This steamer set includes 1 steamer pot and 1 basket.
