Where We Ship

We ship to addresses within the continental US including Hawaii and Alaska. 

Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to military APO/FPO/DPO addresses, PO Boxes, or any US territories including Puerto Rico. At this time, we also do not ship to international locations outside the US. As our business grows, we will certainly do our best to include more shipping destinations!   

Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates are straightforward flat rates because we want to give you a great shopping experience! 

Any total purchase less than $100 will cost $5.95 for shipping within the continental US. Any total purchase greater than $100 will cost $10.95 for shipping. 

Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will cost a flat $30 per order regardless of total purchase value.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged depending on where the item is shipped to. You will be able to view the sales tax for your order during checkout. We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to customers who reside in California (where we are located).


Status of Order

We'll send you an email with a tracking number once your purchase has been shipped. Keep in mind that many of our products are being sent from abroad and so require some time for us to get the products to you. If you have other questions, please email us at: info@zengerine.com

Delivery Times

Total delivery time = handling time + actual shipping time. The expected delivery time can be different for each product and is listed on every product page to set your expectations appropriately. In our current model, we store some products in inventory and other products we order from international brands and designers abroad. 

For items that we have access to in the US, we should be able to deliver your products to you within 8-10 business days. 

For items that we bring in from international destinations, we expect the total delivery time to take up to 3-4 weeks. Part of this is due to our effort to enable cost effective shipping from abroad where we group customer products before shipping from the international brand/designer.

We want to deliver inspiring and unique products to you as soon as we can. We promise we'll do what we can to continually get better and better at it.

How Many Packages to Expect

If you order more than one item at a time, they may arrive in separate boxes. In fact, they may arrive at different times because we work with many different retailers, brands and designers and receive products from them at different times. But rest assured that you are not charged multiple times for shipping. The price you paid at the time of your checkout purchase is your total cost of shipping. And each time we ship out your products, you'll receive an email notice.

Undelivered Packages

We are not able to reship packages that are returned to us by our shipping carrier. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return. What this means is: Please make sure your shipping address for an order is correct!  Thanks!


Returns

General Return Policy

You can return eligible products you have ordered within 14 days after receiving delivery of the products. Refunds (minus the original shipping costs) will be given to your original form of payment or as Zengerine credits in the form of discount codes to be used for future purchases, whichever you prefer. Because our products are unique, we usually will not be able to accommodate exchange requests.
 
Returned products should be in unused and re-saleable condition (unless your return is due to the receipt of a damaged product).

Note that not all products are eligible for a return. Because we work with brands and designers from abroad which requires more complicated shipping and logistics, some products may be final sale and not returnable (except if received damaged by you).

Eligibility for a product is clearly stated in the Returns Policy section on its product page. Items arriving after the 14 day return policy will not be accepted. 
 

Damaged, Defective, and Incorrect Products 

If your ordered product arrives damaged or defective, please take a photo of the damaged item and email us with the attached photo as soon as you can. If the product you receive is not the correct product you ordered, please contact us immediately. Our contact email is: info@zengerine.com. We'll help fix the issues as quickly as we can.

Returns Process

  1. To return an item, please first email us at info@zengerine.com. In the email, include the (a) order number, (b) specific names of the products you would like to return, (c) reason for the return, (d) images of the damaged products, and (e) whether you would like the refund to your original form of payment or as an equivalent value discount code for Zengerine credits. If you do not know your order number, you can locate it by looking at your order confirmation email.
  2. Our customer service team will first review and then approve your return request. Once approved, we will send a UPS shipping label for you to use when you ship back your items.
  3. You will be responsible for return shipping costs except in cases of damage or incorrect delivery (see Returns Shipping Fees section below) and it will be deducted from your refund. 
  4. Simply drop off the box at a UPS Authorized Shipping center or call 1-800-PICK-UPS for a pick-up. 
  5. If a refund is made to your credit card, please allow 10-15 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. The time period varies for every bank. If you used a discount code, you'll be issued a new discount code with the equivalent value.

Returns Shipping Fees


We charge a flat rate for return shipping based on the total costs of the products included in your return. For return shipments valued less than $100, the return charge fee is $9.95. For return shipments valued greater than $100, the return charge fee is $14.95. If a return is due to a product being damaged, defective, or incorrect then you will get your original shipping cost refunded and we'll handle all the return shipping costs free of charge for the product(s) being returned.
